3CX is one of the leading business phone platforms in the world. It powers desk phones, softphones, mobile apps and the full range of modern business voice features for our clients, whether you’re a small team in one office or a multi site business. We’re certified in 3CX and deliver it across the South-East Queensland businesses we look after.
Ubiquiti
Ubiquiti is the network platform we use for business grade switching, routing and Wi-Fi. Reliable, well designed gear that delivers the kind of network performance our clients need without the licensing fees and complexity of some of the bigger names. We design and deploy Ubiquiti networks across many of our client sites.
Microsoft
Microsoft sits at the heart of what most of our clients run on every day. From Microsoft 365 and Teams through to Azure and the security tools built into the platform, we deliver Microsoft across the full range of what they do. We hold a Microsoft Partner relationship and our team carries the relevant Microsoft certifications.
NBN
NBN provides the connectivity backbone for most of the businesses we work with across South-East Queensland. From standard NBN connections through to NBN Enterprise Ethernet for sites that need more, we design and provision the right connectivity to fit the way your business actually runs.
Security partners and standards
Huntress
Huntress is part of the security stack we deploy for clients who want managed detection and response on top of the basics. Built around active threat hunting and backed by a 24/7 security operations centre, it gives our team the visibility to spot threats early and respond quickly when something looks wrong.
ThreatLocker
ThreatLocker is part of how we approach modern security for the clients who need it. Rather than trying to identify every threat after it lands, it locks down what’s allowed to run in your environment in the first place. A different philosophy and a powerful one against ransomware and unauthorised software.
Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC)
The ACSC is the Australian government body responsible for setting the national standard on cyber security for businesses. We follow ACSC guidance including the Essential Eight as the baseline for the security work we do, so our clients are aligned with the framework regulators, insurers and government actually expect Australian businesses to meet.
How we choose who we work with
Each partnership on this page is a relationship we’ve chosen carefully and invested in over time. The training, certifications and ongoing support behind them are what allow us to deliver consistently for the businesses that trust us. New partners are only added when they meet the same standard.
It also means we hold our partners to that standard. If a product, platform or supplier stops delivering for our clients, we’ll have the honest conversation, and if it can’t be fixed, we’ll move on. Our clients come first.
